1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Swing Velvet. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to treat other members with respect, to honor consent and stated boundaries, and not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or post illegal content. Commercial solicitation, prostitution, and trafficking of any kind are strictly prohibited.
3. Content & conduct
You are responsible for the content you post. You retain ownership of your photos but grant Swing Velvet a license to display them within the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Memberships & billing
Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is handled by our third-party adult-industry payment processor. Refunds are governed by that processor's policies.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." Swing Velvet does not conduct background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any member online or offline. Meet others at your own risk and use good judgment.
